Jewell - Owner, Founder & Lead Coordinator

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and Oasis is my second successful business. I have LOVED everything about weddings, but my all-time favorite part is the behind-the-scenes action. The organizing, the strategizing, the planning - I find joy in helping others take care of the back-end processes. I have always prayed for my businesses to honor God and bring peace to my clients, and I pray that continues to ring true! Owning Oasis with my incredible sister is a dream come true and I’m so excited for what’s to come!

I’m a Philadelphia native with my incredible husband Rob, my son, and my two adorable dogs. If you bring me coffee, I will be your friend forever! I value laughter, friendship, and connection for everything in life & business. Even though my hair changes all the time, the same smile will be there to welcome you every step of the way.

Gabby - Co-Owner & Lead Coordinator

Becoming a partner in Oasis Coordination has been such an incredible joy! I’ve been a part of the Oasis Team since the very beginning, and I LOVE having a hand in making someone’s day go beautifully! The small details make all the difference to me, and I value putting each of those details in place for our couples. Every wedding is an adventure, and organizing that adventure to ensure the bride and groom can soak it all in never gets old!

Not gonna lie, memes are my love language. I always have glowsticks on me for spontaneous celebrations, and when I’m not working, you can find me outside soaking in the sun. I’m so excited to get to know each of our couples and continue to serve as a part of the Oasis Team!

Maya- Administrative Assistant & Assistant Coordinator

Hi, I’m Maya! I’m a wife and mom of one, and I’m so excited to be apart of the Oasis team as administrative assistant and assistant coordinator! I enjoy eating yummy foods, spending time with my family, and exploring new places and experiences. I’m looking forward to serving my team and couples in preparation for your wedding day!

Becky - Assistant Coordinator

Hello, my name is Rebecca (Becky) Kent and I’m so glad to be a part of the Oasis Coordination Team. I love to be in a supportive role and my soul seems to shine when I’m able to help. I’ve truly enjoyed being able to help many events run smoothly and experience the joy and fun that inevitably come with them. Please don’t ask me to dance though, I’m working on the sidelines to make sure you can cut a rug without a care 😄

Sophia - Assistant Coordinator

Hello! My name is Sophia and I am thrilled to continue to pursue my passion for weddings with Oasis Coordination. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management with a certificate in Event Planning. I have always been detail oriented and working an internship at Walt Disney World only sharpened my eye to details. I love love, and I am blessed to be able to be a part of someone's special day and help to create memories to last a lifetime! I thoroughly enjoy a good cup of coffee, and spending time with my two dogs. I try to travel as much as I can and hope to continue to travel in the future!

Danielle - Assistant Coordinator

Hi! My name is Danielle! I am a full-time preschool teacher at a Montessori school. I am so excited to have joined the Oasis team in 2024. I love all things weddings, but my favorite part is seeing the personal touches that are unique to each couple on their wedding day. I enjoy all things outdoors, playing tennis, time spent with friends and family, and the occasional cliff jumping adventure.
I am beyond excited to be wedding coordinating and would love to help you have the most special wedding day!!

Margot - Assistant Coordinator

After planning her own wedding and loving every minute of the process, Margot knew she wanted to be a wedding coordinator and help others with their dream day. She began wedding coordinating with JAM Catering before joining Oasis after hiring Jewell for her own wedding (who truly saved her day!). When she isn't planning every trip and event she can get her hands on, Margot enjoys running, traveling, the beach, and eating tacos with her husband. Her favorite parts of weddings are the small, special details unique to each couple. She can't wait to help make your vision come to life!

Ali - Lead Coordinator

Ali is full-time wedding obsessed! She loves creating those small details that really make the day special for the bride and groom. In her free time, Ali goes to the shore, takes yoga classes, and takes boxing classes. She can't wait to assist in making your day everything that you have ever dreamed of!

Chelsay - Assistant Coordinator

Hello! I'm Chelsay. I've been assisting with weddings since 2020 and have always loved events, celebrations with loved ones and the beauty of togetherness - for me coordinating was the natural next step! In my spare time, I like to practice Pilates and Yoga, Paddleboard, travel, organize everything and spend time outdoors or with friends and family! Fun facts? I had the pleasure of living in England and Ireland for four and a half years and have a serious appreciation for tea, quaint treasures, antiques, and spontaneity. I work for an insurance company full time but love getting to be a part of such an important and memorable day in a couple's new life together.

Desi - Assistant Coordinator

Hey I’m Desi! I am a wife to an awesome husband and we have two rambunctious twin boys that keep us on our toes! I joined the Oasis team in 2021 and have enjoyed watching weddings come together and being a part of the work that goes on behind the scenes!

Liza - Assistant Coordinator

Hello! My name is Liza! Growing up, I always loved weddings and planning events! I honestly had a blast planning my own wedding, with the help of the amazing Oasis team :) Working for weddings is my favorite, but I honestly love planning any event! I have helped plan many bridal and baby showers, as well as weddings for many of my friends and family. Therefore, working for the Oasis team was a no brainer! I love all of the details that go into planning a special event and not only will do my very best to keep clients happy, but also feel comfortable and heard! I can’t wait to make your day rememberable! 

Sofia - Assistant Coordinator

Hi, my name is Sofia. I am a full-time college student majoring in marketing and business management and am so excited to enter the world of weddings and absorb all the knowledge I can. I am full-blown coffee obsessed and love finding new local shops to try. I thrive in group settings and look forward to adding my sparkle to my new team of colleagues and the bride and grooms I get to work with along the way. Bring me out on the dance floor and I’ll be there all night!

Tiara - Assistant Coordinator

Howdy! I’m Tiara, Ti for short. I have been a bridesmaid 6 times and honestly have always day dreamed about being Jennifer Lopez in “The Wedding Planner” (cue only eating brown M&M). I have a knack for planning and organizing, from being a MOH, to parties, events for large groups, and intimate gatherings, my theory is “flexibly over - prepared “. I work as a family manager and nanny but in my free time I love gardening, traveling, being creative with my hands, hiking, camping, finding a good cup of coffee, making sourdough, and finding any excuse to get to a tiny town!
